417 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms carefully before using 417's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 417 platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
Continued use of the 417 platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 417 as the platform operator. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the provisions stated in these terms.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To use 417's services, you are required to register an account with complete and accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances in that account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately through the available support channels.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that your registered personal information is accurate and up to date at all times.
- All activities that occur in your account, whether carried out by you or any other party, with or without your knowledge.
- Notify 417 immediately should any unauthorised access or security breach to your account occur.
417 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, to ensure compliance with the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures required by the relevant authorities.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 417 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, identity falsification, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
You agree that you will not:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another party.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the operation of our platform or servers.
- Exploiting any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or errors on 417's part for personal gain.
- Using false personal information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Colluding with other users to cheat the gaming or betting system.
417 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities, without any liability to 417.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 417 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via licensed Malaysian financial institutions, approved local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once successfully processed into your account.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet, and the account holder's name must match the registered 417 account information.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the conditions set and may change without prior notice.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
- Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
417 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal that requires further verification, in accordance with our security and compliance procedures. Users who suspect any unauthorised transaction in their account should contact our support team immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 417 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 417 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
417 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or factors beyond our control.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
- Device failure or loss of internet connection on the user's end during an active game session or transaction.
All content on the 417 platform — including logos, brand names, graphic designs, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 417 or its licensed rights holders. Any reproduction, modification, or use without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 417 has no control over such third-party content and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of those third-party services.
6. Account Closure, Amendments & Applicable Law
417 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our absolute discretion for operational and compliance reasons. In the event of account closure due to proven fraud, all balances in that account will be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 417 customer support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of the request, and any valid balance will be returned to the user subject to the established verification procedures.
417 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on our platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the user and 417 will be referred to an appropriate arbitration body or court of competent jurisdiction. Users agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
